Work required: Concrete repairs to soffits and beams.
Work completed: Concrete Renovations carried out a hammer sounding test to determine the limits and proportions of the concrete defects, any unsafe spalled concrete was removed to prevent large pieces falling from height. Defective concrete was broken out back to sound substrate and any corroded steel was cleaned and an application of Fosroc Zinc Rich Primer applied. Repairs were shuttered and propped as necessary and primed with Fosroc Nitobond HAR and repaired areas were filled to original profiles with Renderoc HB.
